Claiming is easy. The new patient referred to us just needs to mention your name to the reception team at their first check up and clean.
As the existing patient who refers someone new — be sure to mention their name to the team during your next booking process so that you benefit from the referral reward.
There are no limits to how many people you can refer! That means you can earn multiple $50 vouchers just by spreading the word about our exceptional service.
Terms and Conditions Apply
- Your friend or family member must be a new patient and aged 18 years or older.
- This referral rewards offer applies to checkup and clean appointments only.
- One voucher can be used per checkup and clean.
- Please notify the receptionist to redeem your referral rewards voucher.
- Vouchers are single-use only and not transferable.
- There is no limit on how many people you can refer – refer more to save more!
- The referral rewards voucher is valid for 12 months only from date of issue.
EXAMPLE
If you refer two adults from a family of four (e.g. 2 adults, 2 kids), each adult will receive $50 off their visit, and you will receive 2 x $50 vouchers to use on future checkup and cleans.
