We love seeing kids come in for dental care at Randwick Dental Clinic! It’s our desire to get them on the path to optimal oral health, starting at a young age. To help kids want to see the dentist, they need to feel comfortable.
Our oral health therapist Lauren Persohn is passionate about children’s dentistry. She helps children feel relaxed and at ease at their appointments. To help make your child’s experience at the practice as positive as possible, we offer cool glasses to choose from, a ceiling-mounted TV and great-tasting fluoride or calcium treatment.
In addition, Lauren and your child will count teeth together. She also will discuss proper oral hygiene habits with your child.
Featuring Smile-Enhancing Specials
Checkups every six months, including a preventative scale and clean, can help to ensure that your child maintains peak oral health. For kids under 9, we will perform a calcium clean (eatable and healthy). Please make sure that your child doesn’t eat or drink for 30 minutes after their appointment.
We’re now providing $10 children’s appointments for those with health funds. Medicare and the CDBS are accepted. The visit includes a checkup, clean and fluoride or calcium treatment.
For those without health fund cover and not eligible under Medicare, we are offering a checkup, clean and fluoride or calcium treatment for just $90.
Students and pensioners can take advantage of savings as well!
Offering Interceptive Orthodontics
It’s also our desire to help your child have a straight smile. We provide interceptive orthodontic therapy such as space maintainers to reduce bite complications in adulthood.
